In the past few months or so a lot of bloggers have gotten into blog contests. There’s even a site or two that has lists of all kinds of contests that you can enter, this one is my favorite: Contest Blogger. So I thought it would be fun to host our own writing contest here.

It’s really pretty easy…

Anybody with a blog can participate. Just write a post on your blog about the topic (see below). Once you have published your new post contact me to let me know about your entry. Only one entry per person.

Topic

By now most kids from preschool on up to high school are back in class. So I thought it would be fun for our topic to be Back to School. Of course here on Super Fundraiser we talk about school fundraisers… but you can write on ANYTHING related to K-12 schools.

An easy format to use is a “Top List.” A few examples are “My kids top 3 favorite books,” “Top 3 Easy Science Projects” or “Top 5 Reasons Why I’m Glad I’m Not In High School Anymore!” Be creative… anything (well almost anything) goes. Since we’re in the “family friendly” zone, let’s keep it nice and clean. There’s no minimum or maximum word count.

It’s not mandatory but would be nice if you link back to us in your blog post. You can link to this contest page, to any other page on the Super Fundraiser blog or just link to our homepage: SuperFundraiser.com

Entry Deadline: Post your entry and email us by Friday October 5th at Midnight CST.

List of Entries: The final list of entries will be posted here by Tuesday October 9th.

How to Vote: I hate playing favorites… so instead of me or one of our publishing team members having to make the decision on who wins, it’s going to be up to you. Even if you didn’t write a blog entry you can still vote!

Just write a post on your own blog listing your favorite entries and include a link to the contest list. You can include as few as one and more than three in your favorites list, but only the top 3 will be counted toward the final vote.

Voting Deadline: Tuesday October 23rd, Midnight CST
