Most schools, churches, local businesses and athletic sports are great ways to fundraise. Local businesses can create a coupon book with businesses offering discount towards printing, and food like pizza. Churches and temples can have successful spaghetti dinners or potluck dinners. School cheerleaders can sell flowers, yearbooks and scratch off cards. These items have a low cost so you can achieve a high profit margin.

I am exploring new avenues for my 8 year old handmade soap business. Becoming a vendor for school fund raisers seems like a very natural fit, and I’m trying to figure out how someone becomes a vendor approved by the school district.
I’m moving to Athens, GA next month. I would be glad to work with Atlanta schools as well.
